How can you expect people to tell the truth on a question like that? No one wants to admit they are less than perfect - why do you think the theory that man was the center of the universe stuck so long? People want to think the most of themselves so even if you get an honest answer to your question, how will you know that particular answer is not a lie? Now I have a question for you: What do you expect to gain from asking such a question?
