dating generally comes before marriage.
but if you two are just close like that..
yahoo answers is not the place to find a way to propose. and proposal isnt something you cookie cut. its supposed to be an intimate special thing. think of what she likes. whats romantic to her. but most importantly, think of it yourself. b/c if she ever found out you got your proposal off yahoo, it'd probably put a damper on how special it was.

Well I know that its really difficult to propose someone who is ur friend, but hey isn't it that it makes life much better after every thing have settled. If she is your friend then just try to know that if she is intrested in u. But don't be too late. Just go to her and ask her about her feelings for u. If its positive then u win, but if its negative then ur friend should understand ur feelings and still be friend with u, so u win again as u r friends. So u have a win-win situation. Asking frankly is the best way when someone is your friend. Good luck.

First you want to date her. I understand you know her quite well but in a relationship it is totally different trust me. Than if the both of ya'll really love each other than propose in a romantic way. Take her out for a candlelit dinner & get down on your knee in front of everyone. Than everyone that is nosy will start looking & u just ignor them. Than they might get up & start clapping.
