Hmmm. I think 'good manners 101' should be a bigger part of English courses in India (and probably many other places).
You can't just use the word 'please' to magically make the sentence polite. Consider words such as 'immediately' and how you structure your demands for information.

Ultimately, the SAP world is a competitive one where people protect their only asset, their knowledge.
We're only too happy to give you advice about career paths and websites you should visit, but you're not going to get 'images of cd' off anyone.
Go to google or msn and enter some queries. "SAP", "SAP tutorial", "SAP notes" etc. There are also a lot of good (but probably expensive) books out there.
