The only way to get slim fast is to eat right and work out for at least 20 mins six times a week, and 3 of those days has to include lifting weights. Working out your muscles by weight training basically eats away at fat and speeds up your metabolism faster than anything. I know because I lost a ton of weight every month I did this. Also, eat less animal protein because it is full of saturated fat. Or just go to peta.com and watch Meet Your Meat. I have lost 4 pounds this week barely working out and eating no meat and substituting meat with soy products. Why do you think asian people are so thin..? SOY and very little animal protein. If you need any tips let me know?

ok don't eat after 7 drink lots of water and you need to be healthy before u can lose weight there's not much u can do if u don't exersise just take a walk or run a lap every day and u don't need 2 diet just eat healthier ur wait will drop i lost 6 pounds in 1 week and i don't even exersise 2 much u either eat healthy or exercise simple as that.
use this it's fun and easy
oh yeah and it's not healthy 2 not eat calories

You know, sorry to say, it all comes down to exercising and counting the calories. I've done pills, weird diets, drinking cranberry juice for days, eating grapefruits for every meal (YUCK!) The only thing I can tell you is that honestly, it is a numbers game between calories burned and calories consumed. Keep a diary of what you're eating - you might be surprised how much! Keep walking or exercising!

Exercise and diet is the key; if you're not happy with this, then you really don't deserve to be "slim" anyway.
If you're really desperate for an alternative method, try getting one of those streched fun-house mirrors that make you look really long and thin. Your friends and family won't know they difference--they never cared about your figure to begin with.

Eat celery! It's negative calories! You burn more calories trying to eat and chew it than you're consuming :D
Umm but personally I hate celery. So instead, I do DDR. Yes, it is excercise, but it's a game, and it's truly addicting. Sometimes I don't even realize that I'm excercising :P
Yeah there really aren't many effective ways at getting slim without excercise & dieting, other than taking drugs...but drugs are bad, mmkay? :D
