Try rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. It took my red hair dye off my forehead. I don't see why it can't remove black too.
Next time, lightly apply petrolium jelly on the skin before dying the hair. This will keep the dye from sticking to the skin.

Tea tree oil is more natural than alot of other alternatives and works quite well. For future reference, use vaseline around the hairline before dyeing.

This sounds crazy but rub cigarette ash on it and it should come off. I have tried this myself and it works.
