You're most likely depressed and weak because you got drunk and now you regret doing so.

Being on medication for depression is nothing to be ashamed of. Getting drunk IS something to be ashamed of.

Take responsibility for your actions, and take care of yourself.

FYI: Mixing drugs/alcohol with medications (over the counter or otherwise) will change the way your body metabolizes the medication(s) and/or other substances you ingest. You could end up not being able to control your respiratory system, nervous system, etc. Be smart.

I would blame the depressed and weak feelings on the alcohol, not the welbutrin, unless this is the first time you took the welbutrin. If you have been taking it and your system is used to it, it should not make you feel this way. You are probally still dehydrated from drinking so much. That will make you feel weak and tired possibly depressed. Try drinking lots of water, or even better yet, powerade or gatorade if you have any, and stay away from caffine for the night, get a good nights sleep and you should feel better when you wake up.

Probably a hangover, but you're not supposed to take them together, don't you know.? Alcohol is a depressant, and you need to get a clue that your Welbutrin won't work with booze in your system.

Anytime I drink I feel depressed the next day. I don't think you should mix the two tho. That could hurt you.

You are not supposed to drink alcohol while taking Wellbutrin, or any other anti depressant. I hope this helps.

Antidepressants and alcohol do not mix well together. Antidepressants can also make alcohol more potent. One drink can be like three.
