good friends 4 a year,always wanted 2 be more but am in so much pleasure jus being around him.Dan doesn't hang out with people outside of work, doesn't really have any friends jus aquatiences at work, I feel I am his only real good friend( he's very friendly, people like him but he doesn't ask 2 hang out. in H.S he had it rough n I feel he feels its harder 2 relate n fit in sometimes.I've shown him in big ways how much I care 4 him but he's not ready, he has a lot going on now he needs 2 do. he tells me he appericates everything I do 4 him n that I am thoughtful I am the cloest person 2 Dan but I want 2 talk about more n slowly be more affectionate, only way 2 do that is 4 him 2 be more comfrotable wit dat interaction. how do I do that? I feel in 6 months/yr we'll be 2gether. he's never had a g/f b4 n doesn't like ne1 right now not sure how he feels 4 me other than a good friend might want more n isn't ready. maybe group hanging out from work could work. maybe 1 day by oursleves.

the best way is to leave him for a while with a very strong and logic reason,I'm sure he will call you at the end of first week,always disconnection make a trigger in any person's heart.if didn't work try to make a virtual situation for him like a imaginary boy,and ask him to consult , e.g. tell him "my girl friend have a boyfriend which behave like this like that and in between Dan's behavior and try to receive the answers from him it will give you the good hints to react what ever he expect",this is like reverse engineering,from constructed electronic board you reach to details and components and the whole plan,make sure play this role during the time and be patience
