this is an old bartenders trick , they give a customer that regularly drinks without tipping what is known as a Visine shooter , this is supposed to give a nasy bout of diharea......I certianly havent tried it nor would I use myself as the gunie pig , but it supposedly does in fact work .......

Haven't you ever watched CSI? Someone did that on a show once to give a customer the runs and it contributed to his death, fictional, of course.

you should be fine. there are no warnings on their website for ingestion and the ingriedient list seems pretty simple, I mean if you can put it in your eye, your stomach can surely handle it!

I just wouldn't make it a habit.
