Looking for something thats not too pricey, can be made quick and filling. I only have about 10 misn to eat before I go off to school and am in classes for about 5 hours and want to stop my stomach from growling. Any advice? also, it would help if it tasted good.

Stay away from breads and carb foods. You get hungry quicker if you eat them. You can microwave bacon in about 30 seconds per slice and eat a hard boiled egg you cook the night before with it. You could also eat some protein by making ham and cheese roll ups heated up for about 15 seconds in the microwave. Regardless though, 5 hours is a long time to go without eating and expecting not to hear your stomach. Eat 1/2 a piece of fruit on break or between classes. A little goes a long way.

I don't agree with the whole "stay away from carbs" advice.
A great breakfast that is super fast, super healthy, and super filling would be some instant oatmeal, a bagel and cream cheese, a banana or apple, and some milk, tea, or juice.
Also boiled eggs are a good choice and so are smoothies and toast.

This sounds weird but I mix milk and ensure (store drink) and banana and an egg in a blender. And eat a cereal bar on the way to school or work. then eat an apple on break. Then yogurt for lunch with carrots and celery and some crackers. The eat dinner at home. It seems to work for me and stops the embarrassing tummy grumbles.

For me, this is easy: just go to the refrigerator and take out some leftovers from the previous night's dinner and heat them up: maybe it could be cold pizza, meatloaf, lasagna, potato salad, dinner rolls, cold chicken, macaroni and cheese, apple pie, etc. There's no requirement that your breakfast food HAS to be different from your dinner menu, is there??

So take it from me, when you cook dinner, leave a little extra that you can scarf down at breakfast the next day when you're too busy or in too much of a hurry to cook breakfast!!

I would suggest a bowl of porridge (your choice of type...... I prefer oatmeal ) with juice , toast and a beverage (coffee, tea , milk ). Since you are on time constraints, get the instant cereal. It can be purchased in individual servings with different flavours.
As my dear dead Gram used to say, " It'll stick to your ribs ! " and you won't be embarrassed by all those stomach noises through the day.

I would try oatmeal with slices of banana in it. It is filling. If you like eggs, you could boil some the night before and have them for breakfast.

carry sandwhiches and things with you to munch between classes?

also: yogurt, fruit, toast, smoothies (frozen fruit and yogurt and a little bit of splenda.), eggs (cooked in an egg cooker the poached take about 4 minutes). . .

best of luck with this

I eat whole grain blueberry bagels with cream cheese and a banana usually and it keeps me satisfied until lunch time and it's very quick.

An extremely large bowl of cereal. And maybe a few slices of bread.
