do you know what these words means , perhaps these are some miracle .like mathematical miracles that has been discovered recently.
I've heard that the number of repetition of these letters in those suras are a meaningful number.

Well only Allah knows what they really mean. Some scholars have suggested that they are a secret code just for the prophet Muhammad (SWS), like for example...

Alif Lam Meem: Alif and Lam from Allah and Meem for Muhammad.... so it means From Allah to Muhammad.

Alif Lam Rah... From Allah to Rasoolullah...

Ya Seen = Ya Insaan = O Mankind

I've also heard about this. This Guy named Dr. Khalifa started a new Muslim sect that is based solely on the Qur'an and rejects all Hadith. He says he has found a mathematical pattern to the whole Qur'an that revolves around the number 19. He says that one .. maybe two of the verses are not supposed to be there though. I don't know if he's a genius or a cook. The numbers of surahs, verses, initials at beginnings of surahs, and repetition of these letters or words is all supposed to be based on the number 19. sister, to my knowledge there is no knowm meaning to date, I have also heard to see them in the morning wards off the bads for the day, not a verified thing though, yet i see these prinited and kept in lots of places, peace

many interpretations none accepted.we say Allah knows best and leave it at that.some verses are plain to the point some allegorical.study the plain.

i thought they were just arbic letter of an arbic alaphabet?
