Take lactaid pills before eating cheese

You didn't have this problem before? Maybe it was something wrong with cheese from a particular source, not all cheese. Or maybe it was something else that you ate both times you ate cheese. Or maybe it's an illness you've had for 2 days and it's not the cheese.
If it really is the cheese, and not other dairy, maybe it's a sensitivity to one of the microorganisms or molds that are in the cheese. If that's it, I don't know a solution, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Was it the same cheese? If so, it could be spoiled. Did it have mold or something growing on it?

If it were just having digestive problems (i.e. not throwing up) then it may be a case of bowel irritation from fatty foods and/or caffeine. You would notice this because the cheese would only bother you at night but not in the morning. It is doubtful, however, from what you say that you are lactose intolerant.

Whtaz up with that is right! So u spend most of the night hugging the toilet. My God, u poor thing. But really is not such a big of deal, thas not something to bad or nothin. Believe me I know what u going through. It used 2 happen to me years ago. I used to take lactate products, like medicine, pills, etc. Until I went to the doctor. Then he recomended for me to take some medicine like, I don't recall the name but is like pink color, they sale this stuff at the pharmacy. Well, I call it the pink stuff. That helps alot for an upset stomach. And believe me is not one of those soap operas, like "How the stomach turns" or something---LoL-smile!!

I would suggest that u try to go to ur local pharmacy or maybe if u happen to have a Walgreens pharmacy in ur area, is even better. If u go to the Walgreens, ask the pharmacist and explain to him or her that u have an upset stomach. I'm sure they are able to help u. If u get it, follow the instructions, u may have to take a whole spoon like maybe in the morning or night. Or maybe u could try to go to the doctor. And that should help alot and so u don't have to hug the toilet at night- LoL!

Anyway, take care and I hope that u feel better! Yep, and we all love cheese at one point or another!!

If I can help u with anything else, please send emails to: mariopcgames@lycos.com

Cheese is not made from milk alone.

Look at the packaging lable. Any number of items might make you sick.

sounds like you could have candida overgrowth (yeast) try to stay away from fermented foods for a while, take some acidophilous or garlic (mega-dose) this will kill the overgrowth, then re-introduce cheese slowly!! good luck!!

I'm sorry to say --but a symptom of an allergy is loving that food.

I guess it just comes down to knowing there's a cost to eating the food you love. . .

and maybe --go get yourself allergy tested to see?
