I did look into many religieons after I got saved. What I found, that many religions have similar stories in their books of the great flood and other happenings. Now, these were from all around the world at the same time. Do you think all those people somehow came up with the same stories?
I believe in GOD. I believe in Jesus Christ. Just as I cannot show you proof that it is true, you can not show me proof that it doesn't.
we all just have to not judge and stand for our faith or non faith in some peoples cases i guess.
I try to not ever judge.
I do have to remind myself that how I judge people is how I will be judged.
No, I will never not believe in god.
It gives me peace.

There is no perfect argument... that's why it's called FAITH... if you are waiting for the perfect argument you will die an agnostic...
Agnostic = the inability to pick a side and stick with it.
If you really want hard core evidence I suggest you read "The Case for Faith" and "The Case for Christ" by Lee Stroble who was an devout Atheist turned Christian by the "Evidence"

if you are a true christian and beleive in God than nothing in the world will change your mind. my Great grand-father was killed for belivien in God in sssr, my grandmother was born without ever seeing her father, now that is what i call strong chrisianity, i myself am a Christian and to tell you the truth i never every what to change, there are so many marderers that have belived in Christ and the havent backed down and i am not going to be one of the ones who will back down. in true Chistianity there is no warm, nor grey you cant believe and not belive at the sae time, so choose wisely and think where each belif will take you, nothing will change my mind, if you look t it my way... if you live for about what 80 yrs then die and lets suppose that i am wrong (which i know i am not) then what will i lose i get a new another life to live, but if i am right and there is a God then i spend eternity with God now compare eternity and 80 yrs, 80 yrs is nothing right. so just think about that, and God Bless.

No, I could not be swayed. I'm sure there are no people posting here could be swayed from their stand on this issue.
I've read extensively on the subject of Christianity, religion, world religions, God and such, from the bible and other religious texts to many MANY editorials and books discussing all types of religion and beliefs.
I've come to the educated conclusion that atheism is the right belief for me.

comparable reason i hit upon it difficult to have faith in Underpants Gnomes? they are actually not getting it with the aid of fact they do no longer want to get it. they are experienced to circumvent thinking of course approximately particular issues. (i be attentive to i become as a Christian.) the 2nd they start to think of logically and compassionately from a non-theist attitude their fable starts to slide away. with the aid of fact of this they in many situations declare there are no ex-Christians and that atheists are purely such terrible human beings. that is fundamental to preserving the lie that they in no way, ever admit we'd be sane, ordinary, ethical or happy. actual, the form of thinking that as quickly as delivered approximately hangings and burnings remains alive and correctly. the certainty could be suppressed for faith to thrive. purely seem at creationists and their ilk. Their total precedence is to obfuscate data and confuse the gullible so as that they doubt certainty. that is primitive, immoral and that's unfavourable our society.

My spiritual beliefs are fluid, non-dogmatic. I have a sturdy foundation for my beliefs and my resent return to education seems to reinforce what I have long known. So I doubt seriously that I will find anything that could change my path in life.

Atheists don't have epiphanies. Everything is a part of human experience. So if someone has an epiphany its a part of their experience of being human - there is noting supernatural about it.

If God showed up at my door, wearing a white robe (of course) with his mother, he had two forms of photo ID and he parted the Atlantic ocean right before my very eyes all while speaking a completely new species into existence, then I might believe.

I do believe in God, most definitely. There hasn't been anything thus far to prove or not prove a God...but...it all comes down to faith...and I believe there is a God.
It would take alot for me to not believe in God, and I could never even provide examples of something that would cause me to lose my faith...because I honestly can't imagine it.
I think it just comes down to faith (believing there's a God) or no faith (not believing there's a God).

Because my thinking is mostly logic based, I would have to meet a ghost before I believed in them. Same goes for aliens and deities.
