Every judge is different and each case is different. I would say 18 months for the probation violation, another 18 months for the Grand theft. However most of the time one will get dissmissed and the jail time will only be for the Grand Theft charge. Unless they can't prove the grand theft charge then that will be thrown out too.

I would say expect to serve some jail time. It will be the parole violation that hurts you.

you are probably going to serve time. Was it worth the crime? Please get your life together. You only live once. Do it right. Have dignity and high morals. Nobody gets away with these things. Even if the law does not get you God will be the judge.
