I don't have myofascial pain, but I have worked with people who have it. Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point / Accupressure work, Rolfing all seem to help. For more involved cases, some use of frozen sprays and chemically deadening nerves can ease the discomfort.

chronic myofacial pain means you have muskuloskeletal pain or trigger points. treatment is either avoidance of situations and positions that trigger the pain and if you have severe and persistant pains then chronic pain medicines like neurontin, amitriptyline can be helpful, good luck
