if this drug is banned? and why? it is given in the form of an injection to me for my migrain attacks, and i was told recently by a Doctor that it is banned is this true?
the drug is Diclofenac Sodium

Declofenac is not banned. Probably injections are not available in some areas. The tablet has the minimal side effect of gastric irritation, and if taken with an antacid on empty stomach works as fast as an injection.

in as far as my knowledge tells me,this form of drug is a non steroidal anti inflammatory kind of drug.this is non addicting and usually used to treat body pains and aches.i can say that this drug is not banned in our side of the world cause my grand parents are still using it until today.better up date it with your local pharmacy.

It's an NSAID. Non steroidal anti inflammatory. Not banned in Canada. Look it up on a pharmacy website.
