I had to do this once. It's hard and you'll cry. But the best way is to take them down to the RSPCA or whatever animal protection shelter is in your area. It's the safest and best way to ensure your catz find good homes.
Sometimes the shelter will give you the option of paying a small fee to be notified if they have to put your cats to sleep. This way if you don't want them terminated you can go back and collect them. Or if they find out that your cats require a visit to the vet first, they will also call you so that you can collect your cat from the vet and bring them back to the shelter when they are well enough to be resold.
Shelters keep a record of all animals that go in an out of the system, so you can call up after a while to see if your cats found good homes. They'll also make note of any names you've given to them so that the future owner(s) know what to call them.
Animals shelters are pretty good like that. Unlike pet stores they are full of volunteers and vet students who actually care about animal welfare more than how 'cute' the animal looks, or how well it's gonna sell. They'll keep the mother cat in the same enclosure as her kittens, and ensure that they are free from danger and are treated well. If they need vacinations, flea/worm treaments, etc, the shelter will usually provide all of these for free before they put the cats up for sale. It's all part of their duty of care, which is usually dictated by the larger organisation they belong to (usually a charity that's devoted to animal welfare).
Good luck with your kittenz. They'll be okay, and when they find a new home they'll be really happy that you gave them that opportunity.
And then if you ever decide you want another one in the future, it'd be a cool idea to buy one from the same shelter that you gave yours to. Return the favour kinda thing.

The obvious answer is to take them to your nearest shelter or pound, so I don't know why you are asking, unless you don't have one nearby???? Since you have internet access, please try to find one in your area.
Anything else is cruel and irresponsible. Giving them away at WalMarts or flea markets to any idiot who wants one could result in the kitten being crippled, hurt or killed by little kids. Hardly anyone wants a Mama cat, especially if she has not been spayed. A lot of people have other uses for cats that you do not want to know about, during hunting season and at Halloween.
Most pounds and shelters charge a fee for adoptions, so at least you have people willing and caring enough to pay for the animal if they adopt one there.
If you are not able to take care of them yourself, the responsible, humane thing to do is take them to the place where they will have the best chance at adoption. Even if it isn't a no-kill shelter, it's still the only chance they have at finding decent homes.
With millions of animals being euthanized every year, this is reality. There just aren't enough homes for animals any more thanks to back yard breeders trying to make a buck, irresponsible owners who think puppies and kittens are soooooo cute, and the feral cat problem in cities.
I'm not trying to upset you. We have a no-kill shelter here, and make every effort to find homes for our babies. But my volunteers retired from city pounds, and we know the odds when trying to place millions of unwanted animals in the few homes available.
Good luck to you, and please do the right thing for the cats. They're depending on you.

You might consider putting an ad on the Craig's List site if you are reasonably near a city of any size. The listing is free. Be sure to charge at least a small adoption fee so you have a better chance of getting responsible pet owners.

There is the site called free cycle.or you go and find your region and find your sate and then find a county close to you. You have to sign up for the group and you can post that you have Free kittens and momma cat. You can give away and receive things from this site. It is cool. It helps keep the landfill clean.

Humane society. I have seen people stand in the entrance doors at some stores giving away free kittens, maybe you could try that. Oh, and there's the newspaper.

The best thing is first to contact the nearest SPCA. They usually have a no-questions-asked policy if the animal(s) in question are in good health. In addition, there are many websites helping to rehome different breeds and species in a given area.

Awww why you wanna get rid of them :-(
If you can't take care of them, you should consider putting some ad on news paper or local ads. You can try to put ads on pet store like Pets mart or Petco also.
