Cops are men when there are out of uniform and they desire love just like anyone else does. If you want to get his attention in that way, just go up to him and continually flirt with him. Either he will ask you out or he won't. He could also be involved with someone else or not interested so if he doesn't ask you out, have a Plan B handy.
