It's not restrictive in any way. I can toss and turn and never get caught up in the blankets the way PJ's can. And I just spent the day in underwear. There's no way I could wear them all night, too~ ewww!

You know I think it might be habit.
I tried it for the first time ever in a fit of rage as I was dying of heat during a heat wave.
When it got cooler I found myself wanting not wanting to wear my pyjamas...

Maybe it's because when you have clothes on and move you get all tangled up. Like you change position and your trousers get jammed in your crotch or you stretch your nightdress into a bedsheet.

NOPE! I just can't do it. I can sleep in next to nothing but I have to have some kind of shirt on.

Well it alittle more comfortable,
Im usually in my underwear, but all day I just want to take it all off mostly if I sweated all day
