Where can i get a good haircut? I just want layers. Oh, and can it be in portland?

I really want to get layers in my hair, just i don't know where the best place to get a cute and affordable look is. Please help! Thanx!

I love it when I get my hair cut at Toni and Guy. Something about their training. They always give me a hip haircut. They have two in your area...

look for a hair cuttery or jc pennys they do the best layers!!!
