I asked my doctor that very question once and she said it could be either.
Personally I think it depends on where the orgasm comes from. If you experience a variety of orgasms you will know what I'm talking about but I'm not going into detail here.

it's usually in between.. a clearish-white. but i have heard that some are more white than clear.. or vice-versa. so, both i guess? lol
