To all atheists, what are some things you wish would change that would truly be the separation of church and state?

Pray tell how, Spot's Fox, is Atheism anywhere in our constitution and public places?

I'd be pretty happy if we just returned to the separation that we had 10 years ago. That's despite the fact that the so called "Moral Majority" and related movements had more influence than I liked.

I'd prefer the following:
1) Politicians not pander to particular religious beliefs.
2) Public school science class rooms only teach science that is widely accepted in the scientific community
3) If religions are discussed in public school social studies or history classes that the curriculum be as objective and include several religions without making value judgements.

The political system...to a true multi party system. That would alleviate the grip the the religious right has on the repulbican party. Their strength is in their voter turn-out and voicing their opinions. People don't usually support the things they like/enjoy, but those right wingers sure let people know when they don't like things...and they seem not to like an awful lot of things.
Removal of any and all religious icons or statements from public places. By public places, I mean any government (local to federal) land or buildings. As well, In God We Trust would be removed from currency and under god removed from public school pledges.

Im an Australian so probably I can't comment about this but when you combine Church and State you remove freedoms'.
Its everyones right to be able to say and feel what they want providing they don't break the law. In Australia we love and respect everyone. No one is better than anyone else. We don't judge anyone because they think differently. If someone is very different to us we find common ground. We care, because we believe deep down everyone is the same.

No tax money for religious groups or schools for starters. Give domestic partnerships (marriage) to gays & lesbians. And religious groups would be banned from participating in politics, no execptions.

The influence of ANY religion on ANY political matter should not be tolerated.

"Under god" should be taken out of the pledge, and "In god we trust" off of our money. Neither was put in until the 50s anyway.

Religions should not get tax breaks.
