I recently saw this photographer on a show called "Behind the Lens" on FashionTV. He is around 60 years old and has an exhibit, and is fairly controversial. I can only describe his pictures as a body or body part on a black background (very simplistic)...

The exhibit shown on this show is called "Body Worlds" and the originator is Dr. Gunther von Hagens. It has been seen in numerous cities across the US and is currently showing at the Science Museum of Minnesota until Dec.3, 2006

Call up the station and ask for the name. Very often, TV stations like to answer questions because it shows that people are interested in their showings; they keep detailed information Was it on one of the PBS stations? I'd like to see some of the work myself!
