this could take pages to explain. go to Webmd. It involves flu-like pain, stiffness, painful points on the body, extreme exhaustion, poor sleep, even vision problems. It is still not well understood and there are some not so nice doctors who do not "believe" in it because it can't be proved with a blood test. It is an AMA approved diagnosis.

I have Fibromyalgia.
I bought three books by Devin Starlanyl and Mary Ellen Copeland.
These are the greatest help to me dealing with my FM.
I took my book to the dentist any they read it before they treated me. They said it was helpful to know how FM affected my dental health. The book says tell EVERY health professional you go to that you have FM and that it must be considered while treating you!
