Yes but with restrictions, limitations, and subject to an agreement of the intended usage. In other words it will be legalized yet fall on a category as controlled. Its legality obviously will include its use as benefiting from its medical values, for other purposes otherwise it will remain as illegal as of the present acknowledging it as an abused stuff.

it is legal in some places with restrictions. And yes I do think it will be legal for the medical properties of it. As far as recreational use it maybe heck it safer then beer as far as driving as long as done in moderation (not talking hydroponic heck that's like everclear )If the gov can turn a profit then it will become legalized. One day :o)

I think that it will.In Holland it already is.Always the illegal seems to be"sweeter".The challenge is to have the knowledge and the wish not to take it,even if it's legal.Nicotin for example,is a perfectly legal drug. It's up to you to decide if you want to destroy yourself with an addiction of this kind.Sometimes the ability to choose is what makes us stronger.

as long as the alcoholic beverage producers have anything to say about it, it will be illegal. marijuana is far too cheap and easy to plant, cultivate & harvest compared to alcohol, so if it were legal, it would fast become the drug of choice.

Who cares, I know about ten people who can sell it to me right now. Let the U.S. make all the money they want off of it. Besides, it wouldn't be ~groovy~ if it was legal.
