I used to always remember them. The past few months I can't remember any. I wake up with a faint recollection of a dream and then it disappears from memory.

Two possible causes are depression, and/or stress. To start remembering your dreams again, write in a journal, try to analyze even the smallest bits of a dream that you remember, and tell yourself before you go to bed at night that you will remember your dreams in the morning. Dreams are often hard to remember for some people since they are made from thoughts and Brainwaves and stuff you never can feel or do in reality. Such as flying or floating with just the Body. BUT remember it's the stuff you put in you Head and all the Thoughts and things that you think about alot. Other times it is the Brain acting out things that you really want to do but never try because you know it is wrong such as Having Sex in a Public place.

This sounds crazy but I DID read it somewhere. When you get into bed at night drink half a glass of water and when you wake up in the morning drink the other half. I've never tried this but now you've got me curious.
