Hiss at her. Don't yell, or "scream with pain." She doesn't care if you need stitches, she wants that bologna.
Talk to her in her own language. Stare right at her and give her a good Hisssssss. If she continues to aggressively pursue your food, put her in another room while you eat. You love her, you don't want to get rid of her just because of this quirk, but you're the human. So make it easy on yourself before you need a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.
We currently have ten cats at our shelter, all with different personalities. We enjoy eating on the back porch, and had to do something. Spray bottles and newspaper whacks were annoying for us, too. As the humans, we are not going to engage in a battle of wits with a feline. When we lose, it's rather embarrassing :-)
So Hisssssss, or put her elsewhere so you can eat in peace. Hissing seems to be the only thing they all understand. This will not damage her little cat spirit at all. She will find some other way to drive you crazy, trust me.
Good luck to you.

Learn the word NO & invest in a squirt bottle. Fill the squirt bottle with water.... when she comes close, NO & then splat...
It won't take to many times for her to get the picture
Never Ever let her get the reward of the meat or the sandwich again..... or you are asking for even more behavioral problems & possible attacks on others visiting you when they are eating.

put her in another room while you eat for a quick solution. For a long term solution. Swat the floor with a rolled up dish towel or newspaper when she starts toward you and your sandwich and say "NO".

Kick the crap out of her! You have to lay down the law with cats as kittens as far as dominance is concerned. I've had my cat for a year and she has yet to scratch me cause she knows I'm not the one.

raise your voice with your cat let her knows whos the boss even if u have to get a flyswatter and (dont beat your cat) but smack her right on the end of her nose with it or flick the end of the nose with your finger....Until she knows not to touch your food it will let her no NO and say NO while your doing it too. And dont let your cat attack you and draw blood or you will never get her to stop that..

For crying out loud! Either don't eat in front of her, or share a bite or two with her. It won't hurt her or you either way.

Say NO in a stern (but not loud) voice and blow in her face. Do this every time and she will learn.
