If a guy's going to leave her because she's still a virgin, he isn't worth keeping around anyway. If anything he should appreciate it. From what I hear there aren't too many virgins around. The rest of it maybe she should see a counselor for. Or get a good book about it. But, I wouldn't have sex with a guy just because I think it might keep him around.

She needs to find better men. There are plenty of guys out there who would be very patient and not demand sex. Maybe she gives out conflicting signals or she's looking in the wrong places. I hate to push anyone into a stereotype but if she wants to find guys who would like to date a virgin, she needs to present an image that is, well, virginal, at least a bit. She will have better luck if she meets men in church or a class or something, not a club.

she's 27? while reading this in the beginning i thought she was 15. she shouldnt be doing anything she dont feel comfortbale with. she is almost 30 so she should be more stronger and wiser cuz she aint no teenager. if she still a virgin this long then might as well wait till marriage cuz why be w/ someone if they leave you cuz u wont put out? she'll just get hurt by them so its best to play hard to get and if they really like her they'd wait till she's ready.

tell her that if she feels pressured, she should tell the guy. and if he is a jerkoff, then rebuke him by putting him in his place - that those who mind don't care, and those care don't mind.
i don't think that that is the FIRST thing she should divulge in a relationship....bring it up when *that* happens, not before... and like i said, if he's a real man, he'll respect her. i know it must hurt, but tell her to realize that it's not her wrongdoing. she is standing firm with something she believes in. and any decent guy will respect that.
and if she finds a decent guy, tell her to go to planned parenthood or something and find out about ways of "non-intercoursal" ways of sharing love with each other, so both parties are happy...!
i'm a shy guy, and if a g/f told that to me, honestly, yes, i'd be a tad shocked, but i'd respect her a lot for doing what she does (or *doesn't* do! heh)...and then i'd try to work together on ways to still share physical love with one another... and there are ways!!!
tell her chin up! it's not hopeless! :)

Your friend doesn't need to cry,she should be proud that she still a virgin till now.If a guy likes you,he'll respect ur decision.Don't feel pressure for not having sex with those guys when they will leaves you if you are not really to had sex with them.
If you give in to them , after they get what they wants, if HE don't likes u he will still leaves you..
A guy will likes and respect the girl he truely loves..
Good luck, you will meet your love one day.

Tell her to be strong. Let her know that she's doing a good thing. The right guy will come and he'll understand and respect her decision.
