Because when you bleached it, you didn't strip it enough and it turned 'peed on snow yellow'. you need to strip it down more and put in a toner.

Because it is a gene past down by your parents. Sometimes i wonder why I'm blonde since my parent are brunets. I sure do act blonde too : )

1. You were probably born with blonde hair. (Hereditary/Genetics)
2. You probably had your hair colored blonde.
3. Your hair is probably not blonde, you just think it is.

Normally because the follicle does not have many pigmentation cells :)
