i have a digital camera and took very important pictures of my mother 60th birthday. i reviewed the pics in the camera and they were great i took the scan disk out to put it into my printer to print the photos and there was nothing there i put the disc back in the camera and they were gone from there as well please help

Dr. Sam is correct. The images are probably still there unless you shot new photos since the accidental erasure. try the site below. It's not free, but if the photos are important....

If by "scan disk," you mean "ScanDisk" brand, perhaps you downloaded the included image recovery software that came with the disk and can now use it.

If not, just hold on and some of the experts here will direct you towards site where you can download or purchase image recovery software.

DO NOT USE THE MEMORY CARD (SCAN DISK) UNTIL YOU TRY TO RECOVER THE IMAGES!!!

Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
