Also, what are some good cardio works that will burn mega fat? I'M NOT LOOKING FOR WEIGHT TRAINING. thanks

Snacks :cucumber slices dipped in ranch veggie dip. Celery sticks stuffed with cream cheese and sprinkled with cinnamon and Splenda. A slice of deli ham rolled around a dill pickle spear and sealed with a bit of cream cheese. Deviled eggs.

Try concentrating on specific carbs that burn better in your body! Example a snickers bar which has a glycemic load of 23 vs Puffed rice cakes caramel flavoured of 36.5!!! Do the math I suggest bars from Usana! Scientifically formulated and packaged to the same standards of all of our prescribed medication but it is a snack in a pack!

Take some lettuce--I like to use Boston Lettuce. clean and dry it. Fold it out so that it is flat. Use the lettuce like a wrap for little sandwiches. I like to use some turkey and maybe a slice of provolone cheese, with some cucumbers. You could dip them in some dressing--I use a little bit of garden dip with mine.

it's a good little snack or a couple for lunch.

Rice cakes are awesome! I eat one every night with some sugar free jelly. One cake has only 50 calories and under 15 g of carbs, pretzels are good too but watch the sodium. all vegis are healthy and low in carbs and calories also. Try sauteing them or eating them raw with some fat free dressing! hope that helps
