Perfect and low carb? Is there such a thing? A low carb diet is not the magic bullet for ALL nutritional and weight loss needs! My diet regimen starts with a Reset from Usana followed up with the Nutrimeal shakes as two meal replacements along with fruits and veggies for snacks. Then you need to walk briskly for 20-30 min 5x a week and take the essentials from Usana as well. They give you the cellular building blocks you need to escort the fat right out of your body! Remember LOW GLYCEMIC

There is no perfect low carb diet, because low carb diets dont work. The best diet is to eat balanced meals 5 times per a day while choosing good carbs (brown rice, potatoes, greens, wheat), proteins and good fats.

Ok, here we go - -- I was 170 and now am l25 - used the Sugar Busters diet. Can buy the books at 2 places - 1: Borders or other good book stores, or, 2: do what I did - go to a book exchange or used book store (these are usually half price!) Then follow the directions EXACTLY. It took me 3 mos. to lose the weight - and you have to put a 'THINK THIN" postit on your fridge and kitchen cabs. AND the fridge at work. 1. Read the "How to" do it book lst then buy the recipe book.
