I wouldn't say that i spend a lot of time on here. but the time i do spend on here is becuase i either i'm looking for answer to something kinda quick or becuase I'm just intereseted in seeing if something i know could be useful to someone else. Also it's a bit addictive-- and FUN! :-)

I've thought about this.
I don't know what the questions might be but in trying to shape an answer I also shape my views on the world around me. This site is mostly a "personal experience" site or an "opinion" site and is vastly entertaining. Each and everyone of us wants to have a voice.

It feels good to earn points and it gives you a reason to come back when you get letters like I just got tonight from someone. She wrote, " Subject: I read one of your answers, It brought tears to my eyes...Message: you are a really nice person...God Bless You "
It is those little messages that makes someone feel like it's worthwhile to try to help others.
Also, I come here when I have questions that are unanswered, and I have to admit, it's a great resource for information and reference.
Good luck with your question and I hope you find the answers you are seraching for.
:o)

Hey, Zebrarain, I only do it to help ladies like you who want to set records getting answers. Think you'll hit 50 with this one? You spend loads of time here, a level three gal . . . and almost 2000 points. You go, girl!

It is one in a series of multitasks that I do. Besides, I have always believed that knowledge is meant to be shared with others. If you keep it to yourself and tell no one then it may be lost for ever. That would be a shame, like the Dark Ages, all that wisdom lost, and for what? Did I mention that it is kind of fun too? It is.

It's a mental excercise session for myself. The brain like any muscle gets weak without excercise. Answering questions makes one recall information in their brain. Thereby reinforcing the memory, and the reasoning will tend to make one's mind more agile. Sometimes, it's also a side benefit to come across pretty gals like yourself. :-D

I used to, now I rarely do. I got bored seeing all the same questions over and over again. Like the one about the tree in the forest and if there is nobody around does it make a noise?....
