It's that feeling of nervousness and excitement and nausea all at the same time. Think of it this way...when you win a lot of money at a slot machine! That's the best way I can describe it. And yes, men get it too. We can't help it. It's just something that happens to us as humans. Although I don't think everyone gets that feeling. Physiological explanation... adrenaline and endorphins are probably the most chemicals that cause that feeling.

Can't help you with the physcological part of your question but as far as if men get those feelings as well I can answer that part. YES I first had that butterfly feeling the moment I set eyes on my Gorgeous Wifey and since the moment I saw and met her I've had them every single day ever since. It never goes away and it never fades. It's one of the most incredialbe feelings in the world.

Yes men get it. Its called infatuation. The brain releases endorfines and we feel light headed and good. Most men like the other feeling that we get better.

It's like a feeling of excitement that you get in your stomach. It is hard to describe but you will know when you feel it.

Echinacea, sunflowers, rudbeckia (black eyed Susan), zinnia, holly hocks. Of these zinnias are the easiest and cheapest to grow and the more you cut them the more they bloom. Good luck with your garden. (These are all full sun plants.)
