Well when you read anything you want into the bible the way you are doing ,and then compairing it to todays standards it changes things a bit. King David must have ridden a motorcycle too because it says,"and the roar of Davids Triumph was heard throughout the land". Adam and Eve were forced to wear animal skins after being expelled from the garden, Do you have any idea what a good leather outfit costs these days? They must have been very rich people after getting kicked out. Noah must have been worth a fortune,I mean he had his own cruise ship and a full zoo right there on board. Now man that's money right there. You did a poor job of twisting what you read and showed very little character in the process.Congradulations.

Maybe you are getting mixed up with the teaching that Jesus became relatively poor by coming down from Heaven and becoming a man as opposed to meaning that He didn't have any money.
Luke 8:1 Soon afterward he went on through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him, 2 and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, 3 and Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod's household manager, and Susanna, and many others, who provided for them out of their means.
2 Corinthians 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.

He was born into a carpenters family and became a carpenter. This is true. At 30 years old, he began his ministry and chose to become poor. He left carpentry and set off. He depended upon others for his needs.
The treasurer was for the ministry. Any monies given to him/his ministry would need someone to take care of this.
So he had one nice robe. Big deal.
Your lol attitude is pretty sad.

When Jesus set out on his ministries, he lived a poor life, regardless of what he may have had. He told his disciples to do the same, taking no money with them and no extra clothes and very little food. They, including Jesus, stayed with fellow Christians. He chose to suffer and have nothing. Face it, Jesus is richer than any and could have come here to earth with riches, but he didn't. The robe they threw lots for was from King Hared, who mocked him and put the robe on him in sarcasm. Also, Jesus lived with his mother in her house and when he wasn't there, he lived, I believe it was Peter's house in Capernum.

He did say He had no place to lay His head. He
and the disciples walked miles and miles. He had
to borrow a donkey when he entered Jerusalem.
I don't think the treasurer was handling His money.
I think they drew lots for His torn and ragged robe
(remember how they beat Him and made Him drag
the cross He was to be hung on?) because they
realized He was no ordinary man, not because His
ragged coat was priceless. I could name other instances,
but this paragraph would drag on.

Didn't take your medicine again.
Jesus lost all of that when he took up his own ministry.
and he DID NOT have a seamless robe. just a wraparound loincloth maybe of better quality than the rest as he was being mocked for saying he was the king of the Jews. But the Soldiers bet on all of the condemned clothes while waiting for them to die of shock, blood loss and suffocation.

I never heard from a church man that Jesus was poor. There is only one scene I remember when his financial manager came to him and said that he did´nt have the money to pay the church. But no problem: Jesus knew what was to do to get that money suddenly. - I wish I would know, too.

Your points are well made. Very well indeed. I never thought of Jesus as poor, but I do believe he is portrayed that way and it does say that now that you mention it, I do know he had some pretty wealthy friends, I mean Lazarus wasn't not slug.
But does it really matter, it is what he taught that we should be concerned about, not what others said about him some 3-4 decades later.

They must not have those chapters in their bibles. Or they can't read. People misinterprit the bible every day.
Jesus is almighty.
Can they say that about George Bush? NO!
GOD has all the power.
Does George Bush? NO!
GOD created everything on Earth and he can take it away.
What did Bush create? Chaos for America. ( 911 ) : example
So it's safe to say that Jesus was the richest man on Earth since everything belonged to him.
