Can u tell me how i devloped my Personality attracative and sharper?

I m a LL.B ,LL.M
at present working with C.A , goinig in multinational company for audit
some times people saying me i m not loooking LL.M
ur prsonality is vry dull
actually i m 45 kg and 5.3" height,long hair some times wearing sarees becoz i m married, some times wearing dress in office or travelling, much intrested in cotton weares.
my nature is shy, speaking less,not vry much confident
not interest in make up.
my hair is vry nice but shortage of time i cant care it properely so i lost its beauty
i m working so i cant spare extra time for me
so in less time how i get nice, attractive and sharp personality

First thing start by stop thinking about what ppl tell you. Havnt you heard that song "kuchh to log kahenge.....
Second thing have a cheerful attitude. This does not need time but all you have to do is smile a lot and love yourself the way you are and be enthusuiastic even while doing the smallest of job.
Thirdly spare half an hour every morning for a walk to the nearby park, watch the flowers, trees,admire the superpower which created them.
And yes dont forget to have a regular diet, include atleast one fruit a day.
Do these things religiously and you will feel the difference within weeks. All the Best.

Oh, most probably, you are too busy with your profession. before going to bed, prepare the attire you will wear for the morrow. And every morning when you wake up, be sure to think positive. Don't rush. Try to do your morning chores in a relaxed manner. Try to leave the house earlier so that you won't feel haggard when you report for work. While driving or on your way to your workplace, everytime you're caught in a traffic jam, try to notice the trees, the flowers that bloom, the different faces of the people you see and most of all, try to inhale and exhale to relieve your tiredness, to make you feel relaxed.
Oh, by the way, I am a librarian in a college of law library. Actually, I was the dullest in the family. My eldest sister even told me to enroll in a personality school. But I ignored her. And now, I am what I am. Just wear lipstick. It will highlight your beauty. That's what I've been doing. I never wear makeup, too. We are on the same boat except for one. I am still single. I hope we can communicate here :)

Personality tips:
1. Try to view the eyes or atleast face of someone you are addressing to.

2. Keep your answers & Query questions sharp & Short

3.Avoid using lot of sirs,I mean, what I want to say is....

4. Try to write your Instructions in Written and ask them to answer.

5.Personality is not Make up alone ,It is how you are holding yourself in front of others.

6.Don't be of the view that others are always watching you (Never)

7.Don't believe that others are not treating you with respect because you are a lady.

8.Keep it in your mind that you will say every words clearly in the first attempt it self.No one should say I nacn't hear you or can you be louder.

9.Talk to yourself frequently saying that You will not be taken for granted and no body should take you for a ride.

10.Wear dark and heavy sarees (Plain or Stripes),it gives you a solid reputation.

11.See your self in front of mirror and improve your confidence.

i hope u r well educated but lack of confidence . first built ur comfidence for that u have to change yourself little.u got a good height and hoping good figure too. wearing sari can not be a cause . sari always makes a good personlity . try too take care of u and your health .morning walk will help u a lot . talk much with your hubby .in nutshel business is good but u have to get the time for yourself.
