Any gentle shampoo such as Johnsons baby shampoo will do the trick! For healthy hair wash your hair 3 times a week in ice water!
It is the all natural way to go!

I have waist length hair. It is hard to take care of but worth it! I usually use Dove or Fructis shampoos and conditioners. Keep split ends trimmed, and if you blowdry or use a straightener/curling iron use a heat protectant. You can also ask your hair dresser about good products for your hair type.

Ken Paves makes a terrific shampoo that's sulfate-free and VERY gentle. Walgreens might still sell it and it comes in a turquoise bottle. A little goes a long way, it's very concentrated.

NEVER use baby shampoo - it's very detergent-like. Most people aren't aware of that unless you are told so by your stylist.

I used to have really unhealthy and dry hair and like no shampoos would work. Well I started using TRESemme Enriched with Vitamins C & E along with a fortifying blend of plant derived extracts.
It really helped my hair.You should try it.

I had dry, frizzy hair. I bought everything there was to buy. Spent over a hundred dollars for different things. Infusium 23 works best. I am telling, you try it, it works!!

i use 'Alchemy'.. their organic. meaning their paraben and sulfate free. that are normally found in Pantene.. and most other shampoos and conditioners.
