Any gentle shampoo such as Johnsons baby shampoo will do the trick! For healthy hair wash your hair 3 times a week in ice water!
It is the all natural way to go!

I have waist length hair. It is hard to take care of but worth it! I usually use Dove or Fructis shampoos and conditioners. Keep split ends trimmed, and if you blowdry or use a straightener/curling iron use a heat protectant. You can also ask your hair dresser about good products for your hair type.

Ken Paves makes a terrific shampoo that's sulfate-free and VERY gentle. Walgreens might still sell it and it comes in a turquoise bottle. A little goes a long way, it's very concentrated.
NEVER use baby shampoo - it's very detergent-like. Most people aren't aware of that unless you are told so by your stylist.

I used to have really unhealthy and dry hair and like no shampoos would work. Well I started using TRESemme Enriched with Vitamins C & E along with a fortifying blend of plant derived extracts.
It really helped my hair. You should try it.

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .

I had dry, frizzy hair. I bought everything there was to buy. Spent over a hundred dollars for different things. Infusium 23 works best. I am telling, you try it, it works!!
