Eat a good breakfast. It's cliche, I know but so very true!

Have some cereal, fruit, toast, whatever you like. Make sure it is nutritious and there is enough of it to keep you full. Bananas are great. Look into foods with low GI ratings that will give you long lasting energy.

Preservatives and unnatural ingredients are not good - so try to keep your foods as close to natural as possible. Nuts, grains, fruits...

Definately look in to a low GI diet, it makes a massive difference.

Good luck.

Specifically nutrimeal shakes from Usana! Anyway, since you probablly won't try them just keep away from the HIGH glycemic foods, any processed grains in particular, also keep away from the order out pizza and the taco hell...You are in school, train your body like your mind give it a brisk walk, healthy diet, and high quality supplements and you can do fine!
