Probably got shot with a bb gun when she was kid. BB's are little pellets. Watch "A Christmas Story" because Ralphy wanted an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle for Christmas. His mom (and Santa) told him he'd shoot his eye out.

A bb or bebe is a small pellet used in air-pump guns. They are not fatal (unless stupidity was involved) and it should be pulled out immediately. Infection is likely if not treated properly, especially if the bb is lead... lead poisening could result.
Go to the urgent care or the family physician if it is not serious and not painful.

THERE is a gun that shoots small little balls called bb s . SO i asume she has one of the bb s in her leg, shot from a bb gun.

im guessing she is referring to a bb from a shot gun shell or from a BB gun.

BB or Bebe how ever you spell it is a plastic small round bullet used in airsoft guns and etc.. But I dont think this is what your friends mean
