you know it's funny to hear of another person who is as lost as me. about six months ago I had started itching real bad but only on my legs. It started from I guess a spider bite, but I made it worse scratching it. well i went to the hospital and they said i had cellulitis and on top of that i had a staff infection. now do take skin conditions seriously. people die from staff infections if not treated properly. anywho. i ended up in the hospital and finally got to go home. they gave me antibiotics and i got home and had another outbreak. they had sent me to see a dermatologist and they said i had exzema. i don't really believe that. i seriously think it is something more. but they said that alot of adults get it. now i use special soaps and special lotions and every itch cream you can think of....and i also take itch pills and some how that doesn't work....sooo i hope you find what your looking for....and i guess i will still be itchy tomorrow. you know i even went as far as cutting all my nails off. you are not alone.

Yes I got it for the first time at the age of 12. My doctor told me it is exzema, I treat it with Eucerin on me and all 4 of my children. I usually only get an "outbreak" when under extreme stress, but I have noticed my children have outbreaks when there are drastic weather changes, they are about to grow or under large amounts of stress (like when we moved across the state). If you only get it during the summer use lots of moisturizer during that time of year and it should help.

I don't know the condition, but ever since I was pregnant, I have had a spot the size of my thumb on my belly that goes knumb. Now my daughter's birthmark is in the same place on her belly.
