It is really hard to say because sometimes we think this is happening but if we give that person the question, you might be surprized of the answer. I personally do not like when someone makes me feel less than they are, and, in this world we are just like each other and have no right to degrade another. I hope this helps. Ask the girl she may not know that she is even doing it.
