You have to maintain a C average to keep your financial aid eligibility and you can be absent all you want, but I wouldnt suggest you do because many college instructors and professors will knock points or even take a whole letter grade if you're absent too much so I wouldnt get into the habit of ditching class because in the end it could count against you when your GPA slips down past the grade needed to maintain financial aid standing. This also applies to scholarships as well and if you're getting scholarships refer back to the terms of the scholarship to know what grades you have to maintain to keep the money. Your attendance counts for about 90% of your grade so make every class count and only take off if you need to not because you don't want to go to class. People who ditch school too much are taking up space in classrooms for those who have a desire and motivation to go to school and make something of themselves.
