To get a work permit you must be qualified and experienced person in a field wher the is a shortage of qualified and trained personnel in the US and some US company should be willing to sponsor you for a job in heir company. Sponsoirship can not be purchased .Or yo must be working in a company in inidia which has a branch of which has a project to do in the US and the company must transfer you to the US to execute that job. Or you must get admoission to an University of higher studies and come here as a student and qualify yourslef for a job on completion of yur education.
now that the provoce of Alerta in Cana da is offering work permit to people rom India . pakistn and Srilanka , yo may apply for awortk permit to the Canandian High commission in New Delhi. It does not take a loingtime to obtain a vis a to cana d and a job in Alberta wher the salary is also high and the climate also very cold >since there is shortage of persoanl there in that province the Cana dian Government is granting work permit to people of othre countries for different jobs there . Check on line or contact the Canadian High Commissionin New Delhi
