I know how I would say it LITERALLY, but I know a lot of times in Spanish, phrases don't translate exactly. I.E. "El hijo de la gata, ratones mata." Like father, like son. Literally, "The son of the cat kills mice."

Yo soy quien soy.

You only put the little mark on the letter (i.e. quién) when you are making a question.

Yo soy como soy and/or Yo soy quien soy.

Like father, like son,,,, actually the phrase in Spanish is "de tal palo, tal astilla" or "hijo de tigre, pintito".
