Physical pain-stomachache or migraine
Mental pain-perhaps just a scattered mind, confusion, mental frustration, or an exhausted mind
Emotional pain-the loss of a loved one, grief, heartache
Spiritual pain-perhaps feeling spiritually lost, or astray from the Lord, feeling like you did something wrong or sinful, feeling empty spiritually.

Physical pain = body hurts. Emotional pain = death of a loved one, sickness of a loved one. Mental pain = mental problems, such as someone who needs a psychiatrist. and Spirtual pain = religious pain - dealing with the loss of someone, you may get angry with god.

mental pain - trying to solve a really frustrating math problem
emotional pain - trying to deal with the death of a loved one
spiritual pain - sadness dealing with your spiritual life

Physical Pain - ripping a muscle when running
Mental Pain - trying to make a monumental decision that could change your life
Emotional Pain - being so in love with someone it hurts but being too shy to tell them or even tell anyone else
Spiritual Pain - being angry with God for letting your loved one die, so much anger you cease praying and going to church

emotional pain-watching your loved ones know you are going to die
spiritual pain-dying and finding out that you have been lied to for years, there is no heaven or hell
