hey need some help. I was wondering how large a 4 oz. peice of chicken would be. I have heard that is could be the size of your hand and then maybe the saize of a palm? I am trying to watch my calories so help would be greatly appreciated.

Boneless Breast about 3/4 of a Breast 1/2.
Consider investing in a kitchen scale. inexpensive ones run under $10. I have found my scale 7 measuring cups make it so much easier to control my portions for my diet.

3 oz would be the size of a deck of playing cards. Add a 1/3 more to that.
