I know you cannot have sex after birth, no penetration at all, but is it okay to orgasm after a foreplay?

Though the inside and perineum may be sore the area around your clitoris will be unafected so stimulation of it will be OK. As for orgasm, the muscular contractions are nothing like giving birth and the gentle workout your uterus and pelvic floor will get can only help get muscle tone back. Don't think it will be enough though. You will need to get on and do the tensing and relaxing exercises your gyne gives you if you want to get some tightness back.

I have not, since I had a c-section for my son. But I am going to have a vaginal birth for my second (due in Nov.) However, I do know that it is most definitely possible. I am reading Ina May's Guide to Childbirth and there is a whole section in there about it. Also I there is a video you can find called Orgasmic Birth, which I have yet to watch but plan on seeing before my second is born. Anybody who says it's crazy or weird, I think is crazy or weird. I would rather have an Orgasmic birth than a painful one any day of the week.

Sure you can if you're in the mood! If your baby let you some time to think about it then go ahead and please the two of you! It's better not to have penetration because the tissue is getting back to normal and needs time to do so but also because it's the time when a women can get easily pregnant and you don't want so too quickly! But to orgasm can only put you in a good mood :-)

I had stitches each time I gave labor so I didn't risk it, tooo sensitive! Had a friend who didn't had any and she even risked to do it all the way before the doc said it was ok. They both were glad they did it ;-) Don't forget all the golden rules about condom if you do!

Definetly! The orgasim will help to contract all of your uteran muscles, just helping to strengthen and re-tighten your muscles. I say go for it!!
