I get these red bumps on my rear end, especially during the hotter time of the year. I think they may be heat bumps or something. I wouldn't exactly call them a rash. I shower every mornning and some nights also. I have an inside job so I don't sweat every day. Any ideas on the best way to remedy this?

Get a loofah scrubbie thing and soap it up and scrub during showers. I had that before and a friend told me it was just that the butt and back of thighs need to always be scrubbed clean, and I haven't had problems with it since.

I used to get those and now I don't anymore. This is what I read in a magazine and it works. Exfoliate and then moisturize. So I use one of those exfoliating gloves and gently scrub in a circular motion for a couple minutes. After the shower I rub lotion all over. It's better to use a non-irritating lotion, like fragrance free and preferably organic or natural ingredients.

Try Gold Bond , and also you can ask a dr for a RX to reduce your sweat glands from producing so much sweat. Good Luck .

My doctor told me that those bumps are from dry skin. Try lotioning your bottom every day. I also have them on my arms and tummy. The lotion really works.

try Neutragena Body Clear Body Scrub... Use daily, rub on to exfoliate and let it set for a few minutes so the salycilic acid can do its job.
