Water, now, and it's good you're trying to cut out the cokes cuz I drank coke for years and at the age of 22 started to get kidney stones and the doctor said it's cuz I drank too much coke and not enough water so now I only drink water or gatorade. So lay off the cokes!!!

Coke is my beverage, but if I'm really hot or really thirsty, nothing beats a tall glass of ice water.
I've noticed that if I'm not feeling well, the best medicine for me is a day of drinking a couple gallons of water.

I also drink both but lately I have been drinking a lot of water and have been allowing myself 1 soda per week. It's not easy but it must be done, I'm tired of the whole calcium negating properties of colas.
