What can you do about your flat feet, well, you can get supportive shoes with an arch, probably wouldn't be a good idea of walking around too much without shoes as your feet need support.

I know someone who has flat feet like a stiff plank. What that person does is that she buys this gel implants for her shoes so that her heel presses on the gel and forms a curve on her foot.
