I wanted to feel how it's like to be a teenager....I wanted to go out with friends late at night...I wanted to break free...I wanted to be like those other kids who are free to have boyfriend and girlfriend things...and their parents are very supportive with that....I wanted to tell them bout this thing but I'm scared...I don't want to disappoint them....help!!!

Tell them that you want to sit down with the both of them and discuss some things that have been on your mind. Explain the things that you are talking about here but dont act rude, ask if you could have an extension on going out with your friends, like instead of being home at 8pm, could you stay out until 9pm. Compromise with them, and you will all be happy. I am 22 and my father is still protective (I am the oldest daughter), so I feel your pain.

Most of the cool kids that are partying and haveing boyfreinds are usually haveing sex.

Sex is a gamble of loseing your teenage privilages. Partys are for people who will have to borrow money in the future and not be able to pay it back.

It all comes back to you when you get older.

Life begins at 25 - 30 years old. Thats when you can count your money and see what you can or cannot do.

Thanks to your parents, you will be successful.

Your parents most likely have your best interests at heart. Trust them, it can be tough to be a parent. They do it for good reason. What are you really missing out on though? Late night drinking binges, unprotected sex, prengnancy, crabs.....etc. Most of the kids I went to high school with that did that are still working at
7-11.

Tell your parents what you just said here to us.
Honesty is the best policy.
Your parents don't want to see you hurt or lose you so, they are holding onto you, If you open up to them and tell them how you feel and what your social plans are they may very well loosen their grip on you. They will respect you more too.

Girlfriends/boyfriends are stupid. They cost too much money for nothing.

And 'hanging out' isn't the coolest thing either.

And stop whining because you're probably rich, if you're not, you're better off than most people.

If you are under 18 you deal with it. If you are over 18 you get a job and you move out and deal with your own life.

tell your parents this. If they still don't, move out when you reach 18 and then you can do all you want.
